Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks husband Apollo Nida is facing up to 30 years in prison in a massive I.D. theft and money laundering case.
But according to reports, Nida just struck a plea deal with the feds to become an informant for a lesser sentence.
The feds have a huge case against Apollo where he allegedly stole the identified of several individuals and laundered money that he stole from the U.S. Treasury in their names.
He and his co-conspirators also illegally obtained more money by filing fake tax returns and also acquired bank loans against cars they did not owned.
Apollo Nida pleaded guilty to the charges on Tuesday and copped a plea deal.
His sentencing hearing has not yet set.
