Bobbi Kristina Talks Whitney Houston’s Death, Her Legacy, On Oprah Show [Video]

Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina spoke out for the first time since her mother’s untimely death last month.

Speaking with legendary talk show host Oprah Winfrey on Sunday (March 11), 19-year-old Kristina said she is trying her best to hold up amidst her loss.

“She’s always with me,” said Kristina. “Her spirit is strong, it’s a strong spirit. I feel her pass through me all the time.”

Although she is not a singer, Kristina plans to follow in her mother’s footsteps.

“I’m her daughter, I gotta keep moving. I gotta carry on her legacy,” she said. “I still have a voice. We’re gonna do the singing thing. We’re gonna do some acting, some dancing.”

Bobbi Kristina also recalls her final moments with her mother before her death.

“I slept in her arms all day, all night long,” she told Oprah. “She’s always with me. Her spirit is strong, it’s a strong spirit. I feel her pass through me all the time.”

Bobbi Kristina was named the sole heir to Whitney Houston’s estate.
