Beyonce release an half hour special documentary for “Beyoncé: Year of 4,” which premiered on television last night.

The documentary followed the 29-year-old superstar’s personal and artistic journey over the past year.

After being exhausted after the last world tour and living a hectic life of videos, photoshoots, interviews and travel, Beyonce says she decided to take a year off just to do fun things she’s always wanted to do and spend time with family and friends.

“I am a workaholic and I don’t believe in no. I don’t believe in I need to sleep. If I’m not sleeping, nobody’s sleeping,” said the worker B. “I’m one human being. It’s a lot. If I want to be a businesswoman, I’m a businesswoman. Independence is not easy.”

In the documentary, she is shown practicing choreography, jetting around the world, shooting the video for “Run the World (Girls),” and narrowing down her album with help from her team and Jay-Z.
