ANG manager, Cross Cris, said that the ANG group was just a subset of an extended Alliance family, and that while the artistes are operating under the heading ANG, they also have solo careers.

“Right now, Marlon Binns just came from Africa on a promotional tour, and will be going to Canada next, as well as Iyara has a song with Elephant Man that is getting substantial airplay. Everybody a duh them thing.”

Cris added that every day upcoming artistes approach them with the desire to become part of the Alliance, but its not as easy as it seems.

“Some people might think that once yu come an hang around the Alliance members, that you are a part of it, it nuh guh like that, there is a screening process. We have to deem you as being talented first, then we recommend you to Bounty Killer and he will decide,” he disclosed.

Cris said the Alliance is very structured, and survives from the strength of the lead man Bounty Killer. Cross Cris added that The Alliance has an estimated 40 established artistes, plus a host of young acts who are yet to be previewed.
