Justin Bieber’s alleged baby mama, Mariah Yeater, has dismissed the paternity suit against the pop sensation.
Two weeks ago, 20-year-old Yeater claimed that Bieber was the father of her 4-month-old son Tristyn.

According to Yeater, she and the “Baby” singer met backstage where they had s*x and that’s how she got pregnant.
According to TMZ, the suit was dismissed late last week and the lawyers representing Mariah in this case quit on her, withdrawing themselves from the case.
Justin Bieber has indicated that when he return from tour he would do a paternity test and had planned to sue Yeater for making such a ridiculous and false claim.
