Puerto Rican reggaeton singer/actor Don Omar is being sued by a Portuguese company for allegedly hijacking their yacht to shoot his music video for “Danza Kuduro.”
According to TMZ, the yacht owners claims that Don Omar nor his record label did not get permission to use the yacht in the music video which portrays a lavish lifestyle.
The is suing for trespass AND defamation, claiming it has suffered damages as a result of its association with the video’s slutty vibe.
Reps for the reggaeton singer says he is not responsible for location use in the video shoot.
