Pusha T And His Wife Virginia Thornton Expecting First Child

Pusha T’s wife will be pusha-ing out a baby next year!

Pusha T became a married man last year when he walked down the aisle and said “I do” to his long-time lady love, Virginia Williams. Famous faces such as Fabolous, Nas, Kanye, and Kim Kardashian West were all in attendance at the glitzy affair which took place at the Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach. The groom famously wore Dior, while Pharrell stood by his side as best man. A year and a half later, the couple have another reason to celebrate as they have announced that they are expanding their little family!

In a holiday-themed Insta post, the President of G.O.O.D. Music shared a cute illustration of him and the missus seated in a sleigh, with a tiny Santa hat on her preggy belly. “Happy Holidays,” reads the side of the sleigh. “Baby T Coming Spring 2020.”

King Push captioned the post with the verse he can be heard rapping in the remix of Kanye West’s track “Follow God”: “Life goes on and babies born / And mine’s on the way / Couldn’t wait to say it in song.”

It is fitting that the announcement was also posted from Virginia’s Instagram account as her handle is @babyginny. The mom-to-be shared the same cartoon as well as baby’s first selfie — we mean sonogram.

“Finally landed my dream job,” she wrote, not holding back her excitement. “World, make way for BABY THORNTON! Arriving Gemini season 2020!! WE ARE OVER THE MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Push may be having his own child soon, but this won’t be the first time that he has experience with kids (and the trouble they can cause).

In May 2018, the 42-year-old’s long-time feud with Drake reached its peak when he released a song that seemingly revealed that the Canadian rapper had a secret son. Entitled “The Story of Adidon,” the song included the lyrics, “A baby’s involved, it’s deeper than rap / We talkin’ character, let me keep with the facts / You are hiding a child, let that boy come home.” Drake eventually confirmed the existence of his son, Adonis, on his album Scorpion, which was released a month later.
