Chris Brown just cannot catch a break.

The “No Guidance” singer is reportedly having more legal issues and is being sued by one of his backup dancers. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a backup dancer by the name of Danielle Griffin has filed a suit against Chris Brown over eye injuries she sustained during a video shoot done two years ago. In the court documents, she states that “a wardrobe and make-up artist with the first name Angel had “carelessly and negligently poured fake liquid blood on (her) head without eye protection after assuring her that the substance was safe.”

Griffin is claiming that the liquid caused significant damage to both of her eyes. Danielle is pointing fingers at Chris and his team stating that they should have known the liquid could cause a burning sensation in the eyes and she now wants Brown and the video production team to pay up.

She goes on to further elaborate that the fake blood was not adequately tested for safety. She states that Chris and the production team “had a duty to properly train its employees and agents on the use of dangerous substance including fake liquid blood when preparing dancers and performers for the music video.”

She accused Chris Brown and the production team of not provided any financial aide throughout her recovery.

Griffin is soliciting the court’s assistance requesting more than $25,000, to cover “loss of wages including past and present,” as well as she is seeking compensation for damages, “including medical care and treatment of personal injuries.”

The name of the video has not yet been released. This lawsuit is just the latest of a long list of legal troubles Chris Brown finds himself into over the past couple of years.
