Drake Immortalized The Beatles With Iconic Tattoo Of Himself In Front The Band

Drake Drizzy

Drake immortalized The Beatles in the form of a tattoo on his arm after surpassing their Billboard chart record.

Drake just got a new tattoo to celebrate his new record-breaking success. The Canadian rapper who recently surpassed the Beatles for the second-most top 10 hits on Billboard, commemorated his achievement by inking his forearm with an image of the Beatles’ iconic 1969 Abbey Road album cover.

The new ink which was revealed on Twitter by Word on Road showing Drizzy leading the British four-member band as they walked in a single-file line along the crosswalk on Abbey Road in London. The tweet shared the image with the caption, “Drake has a tattoo of himself in front of the Beatles on his arm. ‘I got more slaps than the Beatles…'”

Drake now has the second most top 10 hits in the entire history of Billboard Hot 100 – a record he holds with 35 songs which are not far behind Madonna who has 38. One of his latest tracks, “Money in the Grave” featuring rapper Rick Ross was the song that helped Drizzy to achieve this milestone that he is now honoring with permanent ink. In another collaboration, “Going Bad” with rapper Meek Mill, Drizzy also made reference to the accomplishment when he said, “I got more slaps than the Beatles.”

The ‘Hotline Bling’ crooner is no stranger to Hip Hop accolades. His recently released ‘Care Package’ which is only a compilation of old fan favorites, has already been topping charts and is expected to debut at No.1 on the Billboard 200 chart net week, according to Rap-up. Drake is also currently working on a new album with producers like Boi-1da, who is the mastermind behind Drake’s hit collaboration with Rihanna, “Work.”

I wonder what Drake will do when he surpasses Madonna for the most top 10 Billboard hits. His current track record projects that that’s his next stop, but will it be his next tat?
