Lil Wayne Canceled Performance At Rolling Loud Miami Here Is Why

Lil Wayne canceled his performance at the 2019 Rolling Loud Music Festival in Miami at last minute.

If you’re at Rolling Loud tonight or planning on being there this weekend, don’t expect to see Lil Wayne performed. The Young Money rapper was one of several headlining acts for the Miami edition of Rolling Loud, but it seems like some police harassment might’ve been the reason why he ultimately axed the performance. Weezy posted a tweet on his official account apologizing to his fans for canceling his performance.

“To all my fans who came to see me at Rolling Loud, I’m sorry but I won’t be performing,” Wayne wrote. “The Festival Police (Not Rolling Loud) made it mandatory that I had to be policed and checked to get on the stadium grounds. I do not and will not ever settle for being policed to do my job and give you guys a great show.”

Lil Wayne also reminded his disappointed fans that he is going on tour this summer with Blink-182 so they will get to see him perform.

Don’t expect Kodak Black to perform either because he was arrested by federal agents on weapons and drug charges.
