Vybz Kartel is showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Vybz Kartel previews two new singles that are packing enough fire to melt your beats headsets off your ears. The incarcerated Gaza boss is already dominating dancehall airwaves, and now we’re learning that he has a ton of new music on the way including his long-awaited forthcoming album, Exiled Pharoah. Last week, Kartel posted a preview of his upcoming single “Undisputed Champion,” and it sent his entire fan base into a frenzy.

“Run the damn city skiller than Man City, Yard man wid me cous me link the bad Britty,” he spits. With only two lines and a few seconds of preview, Vybz Kartel managed the grab the attention of almost the entire dancehall space, all while we’re having a discussion on whether or not he is the “King of Dancehall.”

The second single he previewed over the weekend is called “Shape Nice” featuring an African singer name Afro B. That track was produced by Dre Skull of Mixpak records, who produced several hit records for the likes of Kartel and Popcaan.

Both singles will be released in the coming days, sources told Urban Islandz. Vybz Kartel was crowned “King of Dancehall” by Fox 5 New York last week Friday, and arguably a large segment of dancehall fans agrees with the new station’s label. Since then, the dancehall space has been having this debate about who is the current king of the genre. Beenie Man also took the opportunity to remind us that he is still around and still making music.
