Quavo and Takeoff To Be Deposed In Their $1 Million Lawsuit

Takeoff and Quavo

Quavo and Takeoff are set to give a deposition in their $1 million lawsuit.

Stylist Marcus Clark is accusing Migos of costing him $1 million in damages when they allegedly stole some expensive fashion wear used as props in their “Bad Intentions” video with Niykee Heaton. In his legal documents, Clark is accusing Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset of walking off the music video set with over $20K worth of cloth. The Atlanta rap group has denied any wrongdoing.

The Blast reported that Marcus Clark is asking for $20,471 for the stolen cloth, $600,000 in special damages, and another $400,000 in general damages. A judge has ordered Quavo and Takeoff to be deposed sometime before April 15 of this year. Offset will be added to the deposition at a later date.

Clark says he was responsible for styling all three Migos members for the music video shoot. The stylist himself will also be deposed as the case continues. While Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset have not denied taking the cloth, they did say that Clark gave them the okay to do so. The Stylist now believes that getting all three Migos members deposed will help his case as his lawyers will get to find holes in their stories.
