Tekashi 6ix9ine is not taking any chances with his safety.

Tekashi69 has beefed up security around him and among his new bodyguards are some notorious guards who are former members of Floyd Mayweather team of bodyguards. The boxing legend often wears some ultra high price jewelry, so his security detail is usually over the top. 6ix9ine now feels the need to step up his protection as he gets ready to fight for his life in the courts, so he hired two of Mayweather’s ex-bodyguards.

TMZ reported that two of the men are known as “The Great Wall.” They are two of the huge men you see in the below video of Tekashi 6ix9ine leaving court earlier this week. There are two other well-known guys name Big Church and Big Adam in his security detail.

In case you’re wondering why is this even news. 6ix9ine is now back in New York where he has been getting a lot of threats. A few months ago he was kidnapped, robbed, and pistol-whipped at his own home. Let’s not forget that he is beefing with almost every young rapper in the game right now, so he never wants to be caught lacking especially on his home ground.

Tekashi69 also gets into tense moments at his concerts. Just recently he got into a fight with a fan at one of his shows in Moscow, and at that time his bodyguards came in handy.
