Khalid drops his new Suncity EP which you can listen to below.
The singer’s new project was inspired by his recent trip down memory lane in his hometown of El Paso, Texas, popularly known as Sun City. The 7-track EP features guest appearance from Latin singer Empress Of, who delivered some vocals for the album’s title track “Suncity.” The rest of the project is all Khalid in his raw and pure form. The previously released single “Better” can be found on the project, as well as, the soulful single Saturday Nights.”
Khalid says Suncity is the beginning of a new era for him in his life and career. “More than anything in life right now I want growth,” he said. The singer is currently working on his sophomore album, due early next year, but for now this new EP will appease his fans.
