Kanye West has deleted his Instagram and Twitter accounts and fled to Africa.

Kanye West going lights out on Instagram and Twitter should not come as a surprise to anyone these days given the number of controversies he managed to drum up since his return to social media. Last year May he did the same thing and remained off social media for months, but ever since his return to Twitter earlier this year to promote his new albums, there has been controversy after controversy.

Just last week, Kanye West managed to anger some folks once again by calling for the 13th Amendment to be abolished. He later tried to clean up the damage by saying that he really meant that he wants it to be amended. Ye, who said he is changing his name, also said that he wants to bring Colin Kaepernick to the White House to speak to President Trump.

Kanye West recently said, during an interview with TMZ, that he is planning to go to Africa to finish recording his upcoming album Yandhi. We have to go to what is known as Africa—I just need to go and find out what it’s really called, and just grab the soil and be and cook food,” Kanye said. “And have my kids in the studio and have the mic in the open so you can hear nature while we’re recording.”

The G.O.O.D. Music rapper delayed the release of his album from the originally planned September 29th release date to November 23. He also revealed that he is off his medications, so that might also explain his recent erratic behavior, as well as, him or his family deleting his Instagram and Twitter accounts to get him back on his meds.

Sources say Kanye West is also making good on his promise to go to Africa to do some recording ahead of the November release date for his album.
