Drake disses Kanye West while French Montana tribute Slick Rick in “No Stylist” video.

We already knew that Drake took a jab at Kanye West when the song originally came out over the summer, but the music video added even more perspective to the ongoing beef. The song and video centers around outlandish fashion trends and we all know that Slick Rick is notorious for his oversize chains and loud fashion sense. The music video was filmed in The Bronx last month and features the hip-hop icon joining Drizzy and Coke Boy on set.

The cut starts out with A$AP Rocky showing off his expensive jewelry while Young Thug made a cameo wearing a dress. “Keep it a G, I told her don’t wear no 350s around me,” Drake raps while showing off his massive OVO Owl pendant.

“See it’s this thing with me being from the Bronx, where Hip Hop started, the mecca of Hip Hop,” French Montana said during an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music’s Beats 1 radio. “I always felt like it got overlooked when it came to fashion. And I feel like people that changed fashion was the icons that we looked up to like Slick Rick when he came out with 40 chains on all the vintage looks and even brings it up to date.”
