Mavado Shares Photo With Adorable Daughter After Paying Homage To Son In Jail

Mavado and his daughter

Mavado shares a photo of himself with his adorable daughter just after paying homage to his incarcerated son.

Mavado has been going through a lot over the past few months with the arrest of his teenage son just days after he was shot at in his native Cassava Piece. The Gullyside singjay dropped a new single last weekend “Dancehall Prophecy” where he paid homage to his son, as well as, push back at his critics. These days Mavado has been sharing some more happy moments with his family like this photo with his adorable daughter.

“Happy birthday my princess,” Vado wrote. Gullyside fans chimed in to wish the dancehall deejay’s princess a happy birthday. Mavado is currently overseas with no definite time when he will return to Jamaica to meet with police officers. The “So Special” singer believes his life would be in great danger if he returns to Jamaica.

Mavado was shot at in Cassava Piece in June of this year, and three days later he left the island for the United States where he is a legal permanent resident. According to police officers, they believed that Vado could help them in their investigation of a murder in Cassava Piece where a man was killed in what they say is a reprisal for the Mavado shooting incident. The singer’s 16-year-old son is currently behind bars for the same crime awaiting a murder trial.
