Rick Ross speaks out on XXXTentacion’s death while pushing back at some folks who criticized the late rapper for his past issues with domestic violence.

The entire hip hop community is still coming to grips with the shocking death of XXXTentacion who was gunned down on Monday just outside of Miami. Rick Ross posted a clip of himself expressing his condolences to his fellow Floridian rap family. “I want to send a big rest in peace to the homie XXXTentacion,” the MMG boss said. “The homie was from Broward County, Dade County Florida. Senseless my ni**a. Young ni**a with a gift. I say rest in peace.”

Rick Ross explains that we all have flaws but XXXTentacion was trying to make himself a better man. “We all got flaws,” he said. “I said rest in peace to my homies on death row, ni**a. I got homies that have been accused of doing a hundred murders that I love. We all got flaws. It’s your intentions. We all sinners, homie. I ain’t here to judge nobody. I know the little homie, he was a talent. That’s all I know. I don’t know nothing else.”

Rick Ross also sends shout-outs to all of his homies who are doing life in prison because he views that as their lives getting taken away.
