Lil Uzi Vert Told Young Thug “SEX” To Drop New Music

Lil Uzi Vert told Young Thug aka “SEX” to drop some new music.

Right after taking shots at his critics in hip hop, aka his sons, Lil Uzi London turn his attention to his fellow Atlanta rapper Young Thug. For those of you following the latest music news here on Urban Islandz, Thugger announced yesterday that he is changing his name to SEX. We also reported that he is planning to drop a new album of the same name.

“Remember these Lil ni**as looked up 2 me Ran wit the Sauce Now they can’t even speak comfortably…. I MISS ALL MY SONS,” he tweeted. “Sex need 2 drop some new songs.”

Young Thug delivered three projects last year alone and this year he hasn’t release any yet. So is he slowing down the release of his new music or is he gearing up to flood the airwaves. Last year, Lil Uzi Vert and Young Thug dropped a new single “Bag” produced by DJ Don Cannon. The track was featured on Uzi’s EP “Luv Is Rage 1.9” which arrived just before his debut album Luv Is Rage 2.

Thug himself is actually gearing up to drop his next album conveniently titled “SEX.” Seems he will run another experiment with another name change just like he did with Jeffery in 2016 when he announced he is changing his name to his government name and and drop an album titled “My Name Is Jeffery.” That experiment failed miserably after the project returned low sales and peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard 200 chart.

While pondering this move, Lil Uzi Vert and Young Thug should just go in the studio together and drop a new collab. Uzi had one of the biggest songs on the planet last year, “XO Tour Llif3.” The track is now certified 7x platinum by the RIAA.
