Nicki Minaj Says “No Flag” Verse Not A Cardi B Diss Twitter Thinks Otherwise

Nicki Minaj says that her verse on London On Da Track new single “No Flag” is not a Cardi B diss.

The Young Money emcee is featured on the single “No Flag” with 21 Savage and Migos’ Offset, but she was forced to addressed the lyrics in her verse after fans started to call her out for dissing Cardi B. Remember it was earlier this week when she said that she has no beef with the “Bodak Yellow” rapper and then comes this fiery verse. Both 21 Savage and Offset also delivered killer verses but it’s the self-proclaim Queen of Rap who is taking the spotlight once again.

Here are some of the lyrics that is getting the most attention. “Lil’ b*tch I heard these labels tryna make another me / Everything you getting little hoe is cause of me / I heard I’m stopping bags, word to Shaggy it wasn’t me / These b*tches is my sons, but they daddy ain’t bust in me,” Nicki raps over a trap beat. Since tasting success with her breakout single “Bodak Yellow,” Cardi B has been viewed as the next Nicki Minaj in hip hop. The former Lobe

The PinkPrint rapper took to her Twitter account last night to let everyone know that her verse was recorded months ago presumably before Cardi B’s blow up. “Y’all are trying to make Nicki’s No Flags verse about Cardi specifically, and it’s really not. Stop reaching please,” one of her fans wrote on Twitter to which she responded saying, “It sure ain’t Wrote this one a cpl months ago too #NoFlag.” Rappers have been known to take subliminal jabs at each other and sometimes deny it so some fans are still not sold on her response. Others think that it’s ridiculous for people to keep putting Nicki Minaj and Cardi B against each other because they are the only two females popping in the rap game right now.

If Nicki isn’t dissing Card in “No Flag” then clearly she is aiming her verse squarely at Remy Ma.
