An associate of rapper Bobby Shmurda name Santino Broderick was sentenced to 130 years in prison and then curse out the judge telling him to s*ck his d***.
Shmurda is currently serving a 7-year sentence for after copping a plea deal last year, but his associate received a mammoth sentencing and you would think they he committed multiple murders and other serious charges. No that is not the case.
According to PageSix, Broderick AKA Cueno was convicted on charges of conspiracy to commit murder and a bunch of other charges mostly related to his gang involvements. While it didn’t help that he uses expletives towards Justice Abraham Clott, you can understand his frustration after receiving the lengthy sentencing.
“Santino Broderick was convicted of multiple incidents involving shocking violence, and which reflected utter disregard for human life,” Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G. Brennan said in a statement. “The sentence imposed on him today will protect the community, and appropriately punish behavior that terrorized countless innocent people.”
