Iggy Azalea Blames Album Delay on Nick Young Breakup

Iggy Azalea says that her album (Digital Distortion) delay is due to her breakup with Nick Young.

The blonde bombshell has been working on her new album “Digital Distortion” for over a year now. The project has seen numerous delays, but in an interview with People magazine, she outlined that her personal life contributed to the delay.

“It’s no secret, I kind of had my personal life fall apart,” she said. “I needed a lot of time. I mean, you wake up one morning and your fiancé is having a baby with someone else, you’re going to need some time, right?”

Iggy Azalea also revealed that she could be revamping the album to reflect her current single status. Perhaps you will hear some heartbreak songs and some cheating songs. “I just kind of felt like, on top of me needing the personal time, then feeling, ‘Okay, I’m single now,” she added. “I want to have sexy songs. I want to say stuff about being single.”

“Digital Distortion” is the followup album to her 2014 project “The New Classic” which saw some chart success. She has already released a new single “Team” off the album.

Seems Azalea is also getting back her personal life on track with a budding romance with French Montana. The Bad Boy rapper recently gave her seven diamond rings to profess his love for her.
