Before his performance at the TIDAL X: 1020 concert in Brooklyn, Jay Z sat down for an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live where he opened up about growing up in the projects, his wife Beyonce and pizza.
The rap mogul, who was ranked second on Forbes list of Hip Hop Cash Kings 2015, says he doesn’t miss anything in his early years in Brooklyn.

Hov says that his goal was to have a gold album but he went on to achieved several multi platinum albums. “My goal was to have a gold album, and I thought I was being crazy,” he said.
Jimmy Kimmel also asked the rap legend about his wife Beyonce liking her pizza with extra tomato sauce and jalapeños. Jay Z jokingly responded that she is from Houston where they don’t really have pizza.
Jay Z also said that he feels embarrassed by an old clip that Kimmel aired of him rapping on TV with Big Daddy Kane.
