Chris Brown Wins First Round In Baby Mama Custody Battle

Chris Brown is singing some victory tune right following a judge ruling this afternoon in a Houston courtroom.

TMZ reported that Brown was not present in court for the hearing but that wasn’t the case since the singer has posted a photo of himself and his lawyers at the courthouse.

The judge eventually ruled against Chris Brown baby mama Nia Guzman denying her motion to move the case from Houston to California. She was living in Texas when she initially filed court documents.

The judge has not ruled on the custody and child support agreement as yet. Brown is currently paying Guzman $2,500 per month but she want him to up that amount to $15,000.

Breezy want the judge to put a gag order on his baby mama to stop her from blobbing about their affairs.
