Chris Brown Taking Baby Mama To Court, Files Paternity Suit

Chris Brown is fully embracing fatherhood but one thing he does not want to do is pay his baby mama Nia Guzman a fortune in child support.

Last month, Chris Brown went on a rant on stage during his concert in El Paso where he blast his baby mama for demanding a ton of cash for their daughter Royalty.

Guzman is reportedly gunning for $15,000 per month in child support, but Brown is saying that is way more than what he is already paying her and more than what is reasonable.

TMZ is reporting that Chris Brown just file paternity docs asking a judge to lay down the rules with his baby mama. The “Loyal” singer file the legal docs in Houston with the aim to fight for full custody of his 1-year-old daughter.

Chris Brown is currently paying $2,500 per month to Guzman and believes that a judge will set a figure closer to that amount. He also says that his baby mama has been preventing him from seeing his daughter Royalty.

  1. UrbanIslandz do you guys conduct proper research before posting articles? He’s been proven to be the father of the child… so he can’t be filing a paternity suit.
