Kanye West baby mama Kim Kardashian is pregnant with twins. The couple made the announcement on Sunday that they are expecting their next child.
Kim Kardashian revealed that she is pregnant with baby number two during Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

“I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!” Kim told her sisters, according to E! News.

Sources told the NY Daily News that Kim Kardashian could be expecting twins after getting some fertility treatment.
“Kim has told a handful of people that she had in vitro and that two eggs were fertilized,” sources said. “She is waiting to see if they both ‘stick’ before she makes any kind of announcement. The insider went on to say, “She has to wait and see if they are both OK. And she is waiting to get an OK from her doctor that both the fertilized eggs are healthy.”
