Reynolds shot and killed Wesley King in November 2002 in Silver Spring, Maryland in front of his then 11-year-old daughter.

The music mogul was sentenced to life plus 20 years for the murder.

He changed his name to Dennis Graham and launched a record label 21ST Hapilos Digital distribution.

“When a defendant kills a man in front of his 11 year old daughter he deserves to pay a very high price for his crime,” the Montgomery County State’s Attorney, John J. McCarthy said.

Last April Reynolds was picked up by the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force and NYPD detectives while waiting at the JFK to board a flight to Kingston.

“Twelve years and a music empire later, the long arm of the law caught up with Dennis Graham a.k.a. ‘Kevin “Clement” Reynolds’,” McCarthy said.

Reynolds was convicted on charges of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

The 20 years added to his sentencing was is for the handgun use in the commission of a felony.

The judge pretty much threw the entire book at him.
