Aidonia Invades St. Kitts & Set To Release New Compilations

With his 2014 European tour behind him hardcore lyricist Aidonia is gearing up for a series of performances across the Caribbean and Central America in the days ahead. Earlier this week the ‘Bad People’ deejay departed the island for a stint in St. Kitts where he’s billed as headliner for the ‘Cane Juice Cooler Fete’ to be held at the Pulse Arena, Victoria Avenue. The event will unfold on Saturday December 20th and also features Soca sensation Farmer Nappy among a cadre of local talent.

Following that assignment he’ll return to Jamaica for numerous gatherings throughout the Corporate Area ahead of the much publicized STING and Galiday Bounce. The latter will be held at the Dinthill Sport Club in Linstead on December 28th while STING will unfold on December 26th at Jam World in Portmore, St. Catherine. Aidonia’s musical culmination for this year will see him making a stop in Antigua then Panama to showcase his brand of music to the Spanish speaking nation.

In a statement to the media Aidonia says, “These shows over the festive season is to help in reaffirming my commitment to the fans while reassuring them that they can expect a lot musically from me and the other members of the camp come next year. 2015 is going to be a good year for JOP. Right now we just laying the proper foundation so we can lead out the team the right way come January.”

Now back in the studio the Jag One Productions (JOP) head honcho has released a new single titled ‘Lightening’ to much fanfaronade from the Dancehall community. The single is featured on the heavily rotated ‘Wul Dem Again Riddim’ produced by Yellow Moon Records.

“We have been getting a lot of positive feedback about the song from the streets so now that I am here again it’s time to turn things up another notch; also fans can look out for the official video for ‘Ryder’ along with the 4th Generation and Open Sky Rhythm, those are our personal projects” – Aidonia added.

Last Tuesday Aidonia and his team performed at the exclusive launch party for ‘TeenVybe’ featuring guest speaker and government minister Lisa Hanna.
