Mimi Faust is finally coming clean on the infamous tape of herself and boyfriend Nikko Smith.
Next week’s episode of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” will be very interesting with Mimi Faust revealing that the infamous tape was all staged and was not just a home made video that leaked online.

During a preview of the upcoming episode on VH1, Mimi told her friends Arianne and Erica that she and Nikko shot multiple footages all for the sake off selling it to vivid.
“The initial tape was homemade,” Mimi said.
“The company said, ‘We don’t have enough footage,’ because it has to be a certain amount of footage for the tape to sell,” Mimi told Arianne.
In other words the tape was not leaked online like Mimi and Nikko lead everyone to believe. The whole thing was carefully planned out with the intention of financial gain.
Mimi story was that vivid has gotten their hands on the tape and would release it regardless so they decided to sign a deal with the company.
Mimi Faust banked a reported $1.5 million for the tape earlier this year. You can watch “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” on Monday at 8 p.m. EST on VH1.
