Vybz Kartel attorney asked the judge for a light sentence given the many police corruption and evidence tampering in the high profile murder trial.

Other defense attorneys will also be making their submissions along those lines.

Vybz Kartel, born Adidja Palmer, Shawn “Storm” Campbell, Andre St John, and Kahira Jones are all facing life imprisonment for the August 16, 2011 murder of their former associate Clive “Lizard” Williams.

The prosecution is asking the judge for a life sentence.
