I find this whole case foolish and sketchy. First off if the judge listened yesterday the sister last saw her brother and friend August 14 and filed a missing persons report on August 16 after 2 days of calling and no answer. The girlfriend last SPOKE to lizard on the day the sister filed the report. That’s still not 24-48 hrs after contact with someone. Then they had text evidence of a convo with Kate and Clive. How they find that cell phone if they can’t find Clive and if that phone was handed over to the cops then the person who gave the phone is an accessory and was there that night. This whole thing is bogus.
