“My purpose in life is always to contribute something great and something different,” I-Octane said. “When I got the call… It was a great accomplishment for me at first and I had to say wow. I been in music for a while and I know I am a great performer and know that I am contributing a lot of great stuff to music. So when I actually got the call it was just like another bridge cross for me, it was another accomplishment for me in music.”

I-Octane did admitted it was a risky decision that could have been detrimental to his blossoming career given the tough Jamaican crowd.
