Bobby Brown seems to be having a hard time staying sober.
The R&B singer was sentenced to 55 days in jail after receiving his third DUI in October last year in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, Brown, who was also driving without a license at the time of the incident, pled no contest to the charges.
He was sentenced to the jail time, plus 4 years probation. He was also ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol program.
Bobby Brown has until March 20 to turn himself in to begin his sentence.
Bobby Brown got married to Alicia Etheredge last year after Whitney Houston’s death.
