VIDEO: Jennifer Hudson Opens Up To Oprah About Family Tragedy [Full Episode]

Singer Jennifer Hudson recently sat down with talk show queen Oprah Winfrey for the first time since her family tragedy. William Balfour was convicted and sentence to prison earlier this year for murdering Hudson’s mother, nephew, and brother.

The singer/actress opens up to Oprah about how the tragedy has affected her, during an interview at her Chicago home.

“It literally takes a part of you,” Jennifer Hudson said. “I came back with justice being served. Now I feel like I deserve to be able to see them.”

Jennifer Hudson also opens up to Oprah about her dramatic weight loss and launching a new clothing line. She was also joined in the interview by fiancé David Otunga and sister Julia Hudson.
