Popcaan is the latest dancehall artist to venture into the fashion industry.
The former Portmore Empire deejay is teaming up with designer Romeich Major to launch a new T-Shirt line. Sources close to the “Hotskull” exclusively told Urban Islandz that the new line is the ground work for a bigger vision of the deejay and his team.
“Fashion and dancehall are like family,” the source said. “Popcaan is a smart and popular dancehall star and we want to do things similar to what hip hop artists are doing. We plan to take it even bigger than just T-Shirts.”
The T-Shirts will feature some of Popcaan’s popular slangs including Peppa Skull, Fry Yiy, Yaaaooow, So Bad and Hotskull. The T-Shirts will be available in a variety of colors for both male and female.
The T-Shirts go on sale in November and will be available islandwide.
