Just days after four of the victims injured in the brawl hinted at a lawsuit, another victim, NBA star Tony Parker, announced a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the club after receiving scratches to his retina in the brawl.

According to reports, the suit was filed in State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday and contends that the W.i.P club in SoHo and its operators were negligent in security and supervision, which allowed the fight to take place.

The official police report alleges that members of Drake’s entourage stopped Chris Brown and his party while he was leaving the club on Wednesday night (June 13).
