Earlier this week TMZ reported that Vladimira Brace, who is one of the victim, has retained a lawyer and claims that she has suffered a spinal injury when she was trampled in the melee at W.i.P. nightclub in NYC on June 13.

“Your client instigated a brawl with Mr. Chris Brown and Drake’s actions were reckless and negligent in inflaming a violent mob,” Brace’s attorney said in a letter sent to Drake management. “My client personally observed several members of [Drake’s] entourage throwing bottles of champagne with reckless and criminal disregard of the well-being of the innocent bystanders.”

Allan Friedman, the attorney representing Vladimira Brace, claims that Drake has a long history of vulgar, and abusive towards women.

“It is regrettable that apparently many innocent young women have been severely injured by this incident,” Friedman said.

With all the legal talk, sources connected with Drake said that Friedman’s allegations are “laughable.”

Earlier this week two more alleged victims stepped forward to tell their side of the story. Model Ingrid Gutierrez blames Drake for the incident which left her with a head wound, and said she would sue anyone considered liable.

Another victim, Lucy Pavlovsky, said she will seek justice regardless of fame, money or stature. Pavlovsky received 12 stitches to her arm after the incident.

Two more victims, who were Australian tourists visiting the club are also considering lawsuits.
