2 Chainz Arrested In New York

Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz was arrested today at the LaGuardia Airport in New York.

According to TMZ, 2 Chainz, whose real name is Tauheed Epps, was picked up by TSA Agents after a brass knuckles was discovered in his luggage.

The rapper was about to board a flight for a show in North Carolina.

Police were called to the scene and the “No Lie” MC was taken into custody for misdemeanor possession of a criminal weapon.

2 Chainz is currently recording his Island Def Jam debut T.R.U. Story, due August 14.

Shortly after his arrest, Big Sean took to Twitter to downplay the officials claim.
