Trini Base Millionaire Family Beefing, Orlando Octave Booted

Trinidad soca/dancehall group Millionaire Family, aka The Makaveli Makamillion Movement, has distances itself from former member Orlando Octave. The group also distance itself from Millionaire Records, saying there is no affiliation.

Millionaire Family CEO Makamillion says the problem started when Octave, who recently signed to Millionaire Records, used images on his Twitter page that misled fans to think the two brands are under the same umbrella.

Makamillion released a statement on Tuesday via BBM clearing up the discrepancies and thus giving the “Play Wit It” singer the boot.
