Di Genius And Chino McGregor Are Not Being Managed By Yendi Phillips

Sources close to Big Ship Records have stepped forward to address claims that deejay Chino McGregor and brother Stephen ‘Di Genius’ McGregor are being managed by Yendi Phillips.

Last week reports surfaced online claiming that the “Hustler” deejay and the producer signed the former Miss Jamaica Universe on as their manager.

A source inside Big Ship’s camp told Urban Islandz that there is no truth to the reports.

“The reports are 100% false, Yendi is not managing Stephen nor Chino,” the source disclosed.

According to the source, Blueprint Publicity & Promotions Ltd are responsible for all PR matters relating to the artistes, while Big Ship Productions handle bookings.

“Bookings for Chino, Stephen and other Big Ship recording artistes are handled internally by Big Ship Production. All public relation matters are handled by Blueprint Publicity & Promotions Ltd.”

Blueprint Publicity & Promotions Ltd has since issued a statement to Urban Islandz confirming that they are responsible for the artistes public relations matters.

“Singer, Chino McGregor and brother, Stephen “Di Genius” McGregor are not being managed by Ms. Yendi Phillips,” publicist Kavelle Christie said. “The unconfirmed information was first reported by a media house in Belize where both artistes had a number of concerts over the weekend.”

“Booking and other queries for both artistes should be sent to Big Ship Productions while all publicity matters directed to Blueprint Publicity & Promotions Ltd.
