Chris Brown To Perform At The Grammys After Three Years

F.A.M.E singer Chris Brown will return to the Grammys this year after a three years absent.

On the eve of the Grammys in 2009, Chris Brown’s career almost ended after he viciously assaulted then girlfriend Rihanna. The incident resulted in the two being banned from the Grammys.

Earlier this week, Brown, who is nominated for three awards, was officially announced as a performer at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards.

This will mark his first time Brown going on the Grammy stage since 2008 and the first time the former couple has attended the same awards show since that fateful night.

Rihanna will also be sharing the stage with her “Princess of China” collaborator Coldplay on music’s biggest night.

Other major performers include Nicki Minaj, Bruno Mars, Adele, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, and more.

The 54th Annual Grammy Awards will air live from Los Angeles’ Staples Center on Sunday February 12.
