DMX will release his first album “Undisputed” since his release from prison in the summer of last year.
X, whose real name is Earl Simmons, will release his seventh studio album on March 27 on the United Music & Media Group.
According to a press release from the former Ruff Ryder rapper, the first single will debut in the coming weeks. The album will see appearances from Busta Rhymes, Tyrese, and Jennifer Hudson, with production from Swizz Beatz and Deezle (“Lollipop”).
“Expect the unexpected. Expect the new improved,” Swizz previously said of the project. “Expect hip-hop. Expect real music. Expect the Dog to be back.”
DMX was release from an Arizona prison in July of last year after serving six months for probation violation.
