Since last weekend the rumor mill has been under siege from unknown sources that dancehall hero Vybz Kartel is currently living with the deadly HIV virus.
Initial reports claims that the “Ramping Shop” deejay contracted the virus from a female partner Kimone Powell, more popularly known as Ms. Kitty. The reports alleges that Powell recently tested positive for the virus, and then went public with her relationship with the deejay, claiming they regularly have unprotected s3x.
The rumors also alleges that Vybz Kartel former mentor turn nemesis, Bounty Killer, paid off Kimone Powell to pass on the virus to the Portmore Empire boss.
Urban Islandz reliable sources inside the Gaza dismiss the rumors as an attempt to tarnish the deejays name.
“Yo have some people that dont like success and always a look fi ways fi mash up Adi career,” the source told us. “Adi no have no aids nor know who Kitty is, the rumors start by the same person who always a start dem wid BBM, but wi soon find out a who.”
Urban Islandz reps try to get word from inside the Alliance regarding to the allegations involving Bounty Killer, however, we are yet to get any definitive comment.
