“Can someone tell me this is a dream,” pleaded an emotional Stevens.

After learning of the incident, Stevens said a sorrowful feeling over came him as he set off to investigate what happened to his sun.

“It was the worst feeling I had, policemen and people gathered at my gate with the yellow tape already in place,” he said. “I asked a policeman what happened and he said they shot the young man and he is lying on the road.”

According to officers, evidence suggest that Graham was shot and killed at approximately 10:30 PM on Thursday night by a single bullet from a nine-millimetre calibre piston
