Lil Wayne & Eminem Take Over “Saturday Night Live” [Video]

Grammy-winning rappers Lil Wayne and Eminem joined forces last night (December 19) and took down the house with multiple performances on “Saturday Night Live.”

The hip-hop duo performed multiple times throughout the broadcast with hits including “No Love” and Wayne’s new “6’7.”

Eminem and Lil Wayne shared musical guest duties on the last new “Saturday Night Live” of 2010. First up, the rap titans united to perform their collaboration “No Love” together for the first time. Em later rocked the stage with his Recovery joint “Won’t Back Down” before handing the mic over to Weezy who debuted his Carter IV single “6 Foot 7 Foot” for the first time on TV. (Rap-Up)

The show was hosted by Hollywood movie star Jeff Bridges.

At the top of this week’s Saturday Night Live, host Jeff Bridges brought out Cookie Monster to sing a duet on “Silver Bells.” It was refreshingly sweet — how nice to see some unironic amusement. Most of the time, however, Saturday Night Live seemed to start its holiday vacation early, with a show that consisted of fitful charm, familiar characters and targets, and a series of sketches whose punchlines were telegraphed by their titles.
