Kanye West File Legal Documents Fighting Leaked Sextape, Says It Was Stolen

Kanye West is freaking out about the leaked sextape with a Kim Kardashian look-a-like.

According to Allhiphop.com, lawyers representing the G.O.O.D. Music rapper issued a notice to several media outlets to take down images or videos from the alleged tape. West’s lawyers claim that the tape was stolen from one of his laptop.

“Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer,” Kanye’s lawyer Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman said in a legal document.

“Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity,” Buckley added.

The lawyer threatens legal actions if media outlets do not comply with the demand.

“We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West,” Buckley said.

Kanye West legal team is also going after the persons who are shopping to the illegally obtained video to several porn companies.

The tape could worth millions of dollars according to porn industry insiders.
