The Game Apologizes to Nicki Minaj For Dragging Her Into Meek Mill Beef

The Game is feeling remorseful. The Compton emcee has issued an apology to Nicki Minaj for dragging her into his beef with Meek Mill.

During an interview on The Breakfast Club, Game also want Nicki to stay out of the beef and also spoke candidly about his respect and admiration for her as an artist.

“Nicki should just stay out of it,” he said. “She’s in her lane. She’s doing her thing, she’s an amazing artist. I’ve got love and respect for her. I’m sorry I had to drag her into this, and it was a minimal drag, but she wasn’t disrespected at all. I went and I did what I had to do. It looked like a photo shoot or a video shoot, it don’t look like us in a hotel room.”

Early into the beef, The Game posted a photo of himself and Nicki Minaj on his Instagram page. “The last time Nicki held a REAL NI**A,” Meek wrote. “Everybody know you the wife ni**a…. If she take her followers back, you gone be back at 100k !!! #Snitch.”

Generally speaking, Nicki Minaj always finds herself in a weird spot with Meek Mill countless amount of beefs with other rappers, particularly his running with Drake last year. Meek is her boyfriend and Drake is her labelmate and close friend, and now they are not friends anymore all because of that Meek Mill beef. There are no relationships with The Game, but Nicki once cast him in one of her music videos and could also potentially collaborate with him. But now that may never happen given her boyfriend feud with the Documentary rapper.

Since the start of the beef, The Game has released two diss tracks and Meek Mill only released one which “OOOUUU (Remix)” which was also a collaboration with Beanie Sigel and Omelly. So he could potentially lost another rap battle and take another L and Nicki Minaj may not be too happy about that.
