Popcaan Diss Wiz Khalifa Drops Drake ‘One Dance’ Dub At Culture Clash

Popcaan dissed Wiz Khalifa in a brutal way at the Red Bull Culture Clash in London on Friday night.

But let’s not get carried away because the Unruly Boss was not serious about it since it was all part of clash culture. Popcaan was a part of the MIXPAK team who went up against Wiz Khalifa and his Taylor Gang team.

Popcaan Threatens Mr. Vegas For Dissing Drake “OVO Unruly”

MIXPAK lead by Dre Skull also has the support of sound system selector Tony Matterhorn and dancehall star Spice and Kranium. “All who respect Drizzy Drake put your hands up like this, F*ck Wiz Khalifa,” Popcaan yelled before dropping a Drake “One Dance” dub plate.

You can assume that the clash was all over after the track was played. “Grips on your waist / One time let me hear you say / This sound just done the place / Streets not safe Poppy never run away / Even when he is away,” Drake sings.

Needless to say Popcaan was turned up by the time that track ended. “One Dance” is also No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100.

The Red Bull Culture Clash is a hugely popular event in the UK featuring an indoor sound clash event. Four contenders are allowed to compete during five rounds of cross cultural musical competition. Just like in Jamaica sound system clash, the crowd response usually determines the winner. MIXPAK was the clear winner last night and Wiz Khalifa and his gang didn’t looked to happy about it.

Seems Popcaan is already passed that debacle with Mr. Vegas calling out Drake for not crediting dancehall artists on his Views album. After all he was the one who defended the Toronto emcee.
