Chris Brown Scored Major Victory Against Baby Mama Custody Battle

Chris Brown just scored another victory in court in his ongoing custody battle with his baby mama Nia Guzman.

A judge ruled on Tuesday that the R&B singer should continue to get unsupervised time with his daughter Royalty despite strong objection from Guzman who claimed that Brown is an unfit parent who regularly do drugs and has gang affiliation.

Seems the judge was not buying her story and shot down her claim. She also asked the court to increase her child support from $2,500 to $16,000 but the judge also denied that request.

Both Chris Brown and Nia currently have shared custody of their daughter with Breezy having her for 12 days out of every month unmonitored. She wants the judge to reduce that time.

Brown and Guzman have been battling it out in court for over a year now and seems like he is winning so far. You can recalled that it was Royalty why Karrueche Tran dumped Breezy last year that resulted in a bitter split between the two.

The “Back To Sleep” singer even sings about his slit with Tran and begs her to take him back but she turned him down.
