Nicki Minaj older brother, Jehlani Maraj, has been indicted on rape charges involving a 12-year-old girl.
The rapper’s brother was formally charged following review by a grand jury in New York’s Nassau County earlier this month. Jehlani Maraj was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, which is a misdemeanor, and also two felony counts of sexual conduct against a child. If found guilty he could be sentenced to 15 years to life imprisonment.
